With reference to your letter, No.7821/1923, dated 26th February, 1923, I am commanded by the Army Council to forward the accompanying statement of the services of No.7720540 Warrant officer Instructor, Class I (Education) A.White, Army Educational Corps.
Warrant Officer White is at present serving in Hong Kong and has been ordered home for discharge. discharge from the service is being carried out owing to
Hi8 reduction in the establishment of the Corps, and as far as is known he is physically fit for the employment in question.
I am to say that it is not possible to authorise the employment of this Warrant officer, as a soldier, under the conditions laid down in paragraph 322 King's Regulations.
